Deemzo

About Deemzo

Deemzo is a decision-support tool for freelancers and independent professionals who need a clearer way to evaluate fixed-price projects before making a commitment.

Why Deemzo exists

Fixed-price project decisions often depend on information scattered across estimates, calendars, notes, and personal judgment. Important relationships between price, workload, availability, deadlines, costs, and included scope can be easy to overlook.

Deemzo brings those factors together in a structured brief. The goal is not to replace professional judgment, but to give it a clearer and more consistent factual basis.

What Deemzo provides

The Project Decision tool connects contract value, external costs, estimated work, minimum hourly rate, schedule capacity, deadline, and included scope in one analysis.

Results explain project economics, workload, schedule pressure, scope implications, work-overrun sensitivity, and user-defined scenarios through direct calculations based only on the data you provide.

Design principles

Objective by design

Deemzo uses explicit formulas and defined calculation rules. It does not assign subjective scores, hidden weights, or opaque recommendations.

Your inputs stay visible

Each result can be traced back to the project information you entered, making assumptions easier to review, explain, and revise.

Decision support, not decisions

Deemzo presents measurable implications and trade-offs without telling you whether to accept or reject a project.

Privacy and control

No account is required to use Deemzo. Project data is processed locally in your browser and is not stored on our servers. You can save a project file to your device and open it again when you choose.

Current stage

Deemzo is evolving as a focused collection of objective tools. The current priority is to improve clarity, usability, and the practical value of each analysis while keeping calculations transparent and the experience straightforward.
